هجدهمین کنگره بین المللی صوت و ارتعاش در ریودوژانیرو و ارائه سی مقاله از طرف محققین جمهوری اسلامی ایران

در کنگره  ICSV که ار 10 تا 14 ژولای 2011 برقرار بود دکتر ابولبشری استاد دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد نیز حاضر شد . وی وضعیت تولید علم در کشور را مطلوب ارزیابی کرد اما مرحله تبدیل علم به تکنولوژی را دارای نواقصی دانست.
